Payment Methods

To access the services provided by Project X Events, payments must be made according to the official price list available at: Go&Dance.
We accept payments through the methods offered by our ticketing platform, Go&Dance. All prices listed include VAT.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (EUR).
Project X Events utilizes Go&Dance as our official ticketing and payment system provider. For details on how your personal data is handled, please review their Privacy Policy.

Registrations & Refunds

Please ensure that you enter your name correctly during registration, as ID verification will be conducted at the event.
Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Name Change

You can request a name change through your personal area on Go&Dance.
Deadline: Name changes must be completed at least 24 hours before the official start of the event.
Fee: A €10 processing fee applies to each name change request.
Important: A Leader ticket cannot be transferred to a Follower, and vice versa.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend due to illness, travel issues, or other personal reasons, you are not entitled to a refund or ticket transfer to another event.
However, you may sell your ticket to another person in accordance with the Name Change policy.
If Project X Events cancels the event, you will be entitled to either a refund for the canceled portion or a transfer of your ticket to a rescheduled or alternative event.
